Fabric and Workmanship Review Before Bulk Production
Before cutting, a US direct-to-consumer brand checked fabric weight, hand feel, stitching and print placement against the approved sample on our production floor.

Before a bulk run starts, this US direct-to-consumer brand asked to check everything against the approved sample on our own production floor.
What the client needed
Certainty on fabric weight, hand feel, stitching, print placement and size consistency before cutting 4,500 pieces.
What we checked together
- Fabric weight and hand feel against the sealed sample
- Stitch density, seam strength and top-stitch alignment
- Print and embroidery placement measured on three sizes
- Grading and shrinkage allowances reviewed in the pattern room
Result
Two adjustments were made before cutting – a 5mm pocket placement change and a tighter stitch density on the cuffs. Bulk production followed at 50 pieces per colour with no second sampling round.
