Sample and Colour Approval Completed in a Single Review Session

A Dutch streetwear brand came in for what it expected to be two days of approvals. We compressed it into one afternoon by preparing everything in advance.

What the client needed

Fourteen samples, three colourways, all trims and a decision on label placement – without a second round trip.

How we prepared

• Samples pre-fitted and photographed before the client arrived
• All colourways cut from the same dye lot for a fair comparison
• Trims, drawcords, zips and labels laid out against each style
• Print and embroidery strikes approved on the final garment panels

Result

All 14 samples were approved on the day with only two minor fit corrections. Development time was cut by two weeks and bulk production started immediately at 60 pieces per colour.
