Case Study
Showroom Style Selection for a Multi-Category Retail Range
A German retailer reviewed 90 samples across four product families in our showroom and finalised an opening range of 26 styles for private-label production.

A German retailer needed to build an opening private-label range from scratch. Rather than send tech packs back and forth by email, the buying team flew in to select styles in person.
What the client needed
A single session to review 90 samples, decide the final assortment, and agree fabric, fit and packaging in one visit.
How we ran the session
- 90 samples across four product families displayed by category and end use
- Fit models on standby so silhouette decisions were made live
- Fabric library with weight, composition and price per metre
- Packaging and labelling options presented alongside the garments
Result
Twenty-six styles were confirmed for the opening range from 80 pieces per style. The full launch line shipped on the agreed date with retail-ready private-label packing.
